Frequently Asked Questions

How To Buy (Courier Delivery)
1. Choose
- Select the product you are interested (including the quantity, color & capacity - if any).
- Select your trusted courier service (POSLAJU, SKYNET, GDEX).
- Buyer takes full responsibility on dealing with your chosen courier company.

2. Ask 
- PM or email (bluerhinoit@yahoo.com) to ask for stock status & total price.

3. Payment
- If the stock is available, we will provide you the bank details for payment.
- You should make the payment within 48 hours (2 days time).
- Keep your payment proof for future reference (payment slip or email us your screen shot if you are using online payment).
- PM or email (bluerhinoit@yahoo.com) to confirm that you have made the payment.

4. Receive
- We send out your item via your preferred courier service, & will update you the tracking code.
- Buyer receives the parcel within the next 2 working days (Monday~Friday, some even can get it on Saturday).



How To Buy (Cash On Delivery, COD)
1. Choose
- Select the product you are interested (including the quantity, color & capacity - if any).
- Select the place to meet up
a) Some FREE COD locations around PJ, Mutiara Damansara, Puchong, Sunway.
b) Other locations within Klang Valley, please ask.

2. Ask 
- PM or email (bluerhinoit@yahoo.com) to ask for stock status & total price.
- We will provide you the possible meet up time & venue.

3. Deposit
- Once we have confirmed the meet up schedule & the stock availability, we will provide you the bank details for deposit purpose.
- You should make the deposit at least 1 day before meet up.
- Keep your payment proof for future reference (payment slip or email us your screen shot if you are using online payment).
- PM or email (bluerhinoit@yahoo.com) to confirm that you have made the payment.

4. Meet Up
- Pay us the balance & receive your item.
- We will wait for buyer at 1 location for 30 minutes, so just adjust your time & drive carefully. Safety first.



How To Claim Warranty (For The Entire Warranty Period)
- Send it back to me (the same place we meet up or courier it back to me). *** Strongly Recommend
- Or you can choose to visit the supplier office yourself.
- When the item is ready, will meet you up or courier it back to you.
- You only need to bear the delivery fees (if any), no extra charges or hidden fees.
- That's why it's very important to keep the receipt & the entire box.
